DONT BANK WITH NEDBANK, BAD COMMUNICATION, CLUELESS AGENTS, NO REGARD OR CARE FOR HUMANS!!!!!!!!!

Loan department took two payments and left me in a horrible financial position, call centre never knows anything and keeps transferring me to different departments!!!!!, its a ****** nightmare ...I was told I would be getting a refund in 10 days, 10 days lapsed I have no refund for a mistake they made!!!!!!!!!!!
