Dont bank with Nedbank

We've been Nedbank clients for 20 years, took out a loan in 2019 was retrenched and borrowed money to pay until COVID hit. Have tried several times to make arrangements with them but to no avail. Not at the branch and not at the call centre. The balance is now more than the original amount!!! So disappointed in their service
