Dont apply for nedbank creditcard

I app**** for creditcard and was appoved 2months ago and still waiting for my card!! Nedbank said they will courier my card and they did but when courier company arrived they did not want to accept my copy of id or drivers licence cause it expired due to lockdown and my temp licence they also did not want so ***?? Also i asked them a few times for a bigger limit on the card they offerd seeing i earn twice the salary they have on there system but again nothing!! Plain lazy!! Excuse was it was already captured??? Really why do they have managers?? To overwrite things and attend to customers complaints!!! Nedbank even phoned me and cc me in an email where the service agent told me they will increase my limit seeing i earn double the salary they have on the system!! Nedbank must keep there card!! Useless!! Worst bank ever!!
