Done with Nedbank!!

I have had enough with the appalling service I have been receiving from Nedbank, Its time we part ways. I app**** for an emergency withdrawal from my 32 day investment on Wednesday because I am going back to work on Monday and need petrol. Nothing has happened to this day! I went yesterday to check what the issue is, I was told there was a form needed by the authorisations to be attached to the notice that was not there, this was then filed and sent back. I was then assured that the money should reflect by latest today and there's nothing still. How am I expected to go to work????!
