Done paying yall I want my settlement letter

I paid the credit card in full on the 6th of January and I paid extra.. Till this day I have not recieved the settlement letter Been calling and emailing almost every second day but still nothing No settlement letter No refund..Only lousy stories about turn around time All I want right now is the settlement letter , the refund I can process it after 😡 Is that so difficult to ask for
