Don't bank Nedbank unless you want harassment calls

I took out a personal loan with Nedbank about a year ago and have been making regular payment via a debit order without any issues. I am now on maternity leave however and have app**** for my UIF but because it takes forever to payout I went into a branch and spoke with one of the team leaders who referred me to their "personal loan" department which I did and made an arrangement of paying an amount I could afford for up to 3 months and thereafter resume the normal payments. Month end came and the agreed upon amount was debuted and life went on. 2 days I received an sms advising I was in arrears so I ignored it. Another 2 days later I received calls from as earliest as 8:00, and for the past week I have been receiving such calls from nedbank consultants who are less interested on why I made the arrangement and MORE ON WHEN ARE YOU PAYING US MONEY. Talk about STUPIDITY....don't they keep a record of such in order to prevent such harassment towards their clients OR WILL IT BE BETTER FOR ME TO JUST MOVE MY MONEY AROUND henceforth ensuring nedbank doesn't get a dime of it until I either receive the UIF payout or I go back to work (whichever comes first).

I am very annoyed as this issue has not been resolved but I am still receiving calls on a daily basis regarding the same issue with this LOAN. What is the use of the calls being recorded when everybody calls asking for the very same questions, every time.....does Nedbank have any respect for human life?....I have a little baby who needs all the peace and quiet he needs and these harassment calls do the opposite of that. I GIVE UP....REALLY!!!!!!!

The last resolution update was sent 3 days ago (from Nedbank) and their meaning of contact shortly actually means wait days while we pretend to care BUT REST ASSURED OUR CALL CENTRE AGENT WILL STILL BE HARASSING YOU....I think it's fait to say I will most definitely be taking my business elsewhere ASAP.

Was promised a call by a Bianca Thompson on Friday or an email but nothing, got another call from a 010 Nedbank agent instead and another one today as well. Thank you very much for a ROTTEN SERVICE.
