Don't accept any American Express Card

Since 6 weeks we try to do a part refund on a transaction older than 9 months. The Nedbank iVeri Online System doesn't allow any refunds older than 6 months. It needs weeks to get hold of Wanda Schafer I Manager: Merchant Sales I American Express Cards - Merchant Services and the refund isn't still not done. If you accept American Express Cards you have to be aware of loosing customers for your bad service.<br> <br> We decide to cancel our Amex &amp; Nedbank iVeri contract for ever.
