doing things they wasn't told 2 do!!!!!

Hi I am really upset I hve a nedbank person loan 2weeks ago sum1 called me about a overdue about which I knw of cuz I changd my bank acc n everytym I call in they say they cnt change it nw ok fine I make a aRrgmnt n gve new bank details arrgmnt is 4 every week ...monday sum1 else call me n tel me arrgmnt was had 4 the 5th of every month thn I tel hm 2 make a arrgmnt 4 the 5march n 4rm ther every 475r mst be takn he thn push 4 the areas I tel hm wen I cn I'll pay it in by the bank ...I thn get a sms say debt order wil go of on the 27feb I th called in 2 personal loan collections n ths guy was so rude he ddnt gve me time to talk either dd he help me !!!!!wen I told him to put of the debt order I'll pay cash he told me y mst he do tht .....the debt order wil only take the instalmnt I was so angry I droped th call thn 26feb pst 3am my salary goes into my bank n guess wat!!! They took all my mny I was left wit a 28r!!!!! After takin my time 2 go make arrgmnts I'm so upset !!!!u ppl are stupid n if u cnt help ppl n do wat u are trainned to do y the hell!!! Do u hve the jobs u do ....I am nt leaving ths jst so I'm going public wit ths cuz I ddnt make arrgmnt as 4 wat happnd !!!!!
