Dog show

On 12 June a R600 transaction went off my acc. The ref for the trans: Transfer 35 Melle St. I emailed Nedbank 14/06 reporting a ********** transaction. Copied in on an email 15/06 requesting Scottsville branch to contact me, which they did during. I live in CT & Scottsville is in pmb. They informed me that as I had not signed and indemnity, they could not take instruction.They then forwarded my call to the card ***** (?) dept. where I was assisted by Randy, she was extremely helpful. I was on the line with her for over an hour whilst she got an investigation underway. After holding 20mins she came back to me to say that the trans. took place in jhb, it was a manual card transaction made at a company called \Quasi Cash"she asked if I was certain I never made the payment"
