Doesn’t know what they are doing

Worst banking service out there. Despite the terrible customer service inside the bank, there is also disgusting customer service via mail. I have also been charged different interest amounts on my loan even though the total amount of my loan decreases each month and the repo rate has come down yet no one can explain the fluctuations in interest. I will never recommend this bank to anyone
