Does not apply with fica

I have been into the branch to many Times over 2 years to be fica complient and to update my details. I am more than ****ed off now. I got hold of every wanna be manager and they promise me it will be taken seriously and update my details.

Who do I have to bribe to get the paperwork updated or can I have that persons job. Oh how Nedbank employs usless people who don't do their jobs.
