Does Nedbank know what they doing?
Was called by a Nedbank agent with regards to me acquiring a Nedbank Savy account, for which I agreed. From there on I have just had hassles and incorrect info given to me. I was asked to bring proof of address and when I brought that they insisted they need my ID. When I brought both all of a sudden the statement I originally brought with wasnt good enough yet that was not a problem the first time round. I was then given a form to have my wife sign as all accounts I receive are emailed to me. When returning with the form I was requested to bring my ID once again. Really Nedbank? Do you know what your doing? It has been all of 2 months now up and down and I have now decided to reject the offer of a Savy account and will be closing my bank account at the end of the month cause 8 years of been a loyal client obviously means nothing to them. When wanting to complain to the manager guess what, the branch doesnt have a manager !! What a joke !!
