Does Nedbank know how to make things happen?

I must ask if Nedbank really knows how to make things happen. Three weeks ago I was a victim of *****. I contacted the Nedbank call centre when I realised my card was used without my permission. I followed all procedures as requested and yet till today I have not heard a word from Nedbank. Four days after submitting the dispute letter I had to personally follow up and only then I was informed my case was allocated a case number. I was told within a week someone would contact me. It is now ten working days later. I don't even know if my case is been investigated at all. Maybe I was just told lies. Then I ask does Nedbank know how to make things happen? I could have lost R50, it wouldn't matter, I feel victimised and no one has even bothered to explain to me what is happening with my case, what are my options on this matter? Do I open a case with police? What actions am I entitled to? As a client am I of no value to Nedbank?
