Does Nedbank Credit Cards have an IT problem

I have tried to report a problem with the online statements available for credit cards - there are over 20 duplicate entries from 1 April that were not there when I received my statement on 4 May. All I get told is to complete a dispute form - which I have for Ethiopian Airlines but if every 5th entry is duplicated is it not a software problem
