Do you mind helping your customer?

I received a call from Nedbank about my earlier complaint - I was informed that the NEDBANK CARD DIVISION IS SUPPOSED TO HELP ME. Seems I am beating around the bush. APPARENTLY I HAVE A CREDIT CARD. SO CAN SOMEONE PLEASE SORT OUT THE DEBT I APPARENTLY HAVE STILL LISTED AFTER 13 YEARS
