Do not use this bank ever!

Worst customer service ever! Tried for weeks to increase my home loan monthly installments and could not get through to anyone, tried to phone local branch and get directed to a call center where they let you hang on the line for 10 min with no checking in to let you know the progress to get hold of a "specialist" to assist with my inquiry, with covid 19 going to any branch was not an option due to long lines outside already. Cant believe they still exist with their poor quality practices.
