Do not use Nedbank’s send money service it’s broken

I sent money to a mobile number on 23 Oct and my recipient did not receive the SMS. I resent the amount on Monday the 25 Oct and the recipient got the money and withdrew it. The contact centre tells me I Khabo to wait 30 days to get my money back when it was Nedbank’s error. So the earning interest on my money that they made an error with meanwhile I must sit out of pocket. The last time I used the service on the 9 Sept it duplicated my send. Terrible terrible system!! Contact centre not very helpful either..
