Do not use Nedbank Global Trade for International EFTs - They are ********!!!!!

I am disgusted by Nedbank's service and dishonesty which is of huge concern as they are in the financial services sector and dealing with people's money.

Funds were sent on the 27th March 2018 and I called Global Trade: Incoming to confirm funds which they confirmed and indicated would be released by the 3rd April 2018. Today is the 5th April and Nedbank is unable to explain why and when the funds were released especially when I have already confirmed SARB reasons for the incoming funds. It is ********* that Nedbank Global claims it takes 3-5 days to release funds but they withhold funds for their interest and lending purposes. Not only has this delay inconvenienced me as now my monthly payment to creditors is delayed. As a constomer I bank with Nedbank to ensure that I am financial avvy but unfortunately this bank's negligence is costing my credit profile and financial reliability and withholding my money!
