DO NOT USE NEDBANK!!!!!!! EVER!!!!!

Absolutely horrible service from Nedbank. My dad has an account with Nedbank. They keep taking money from the account, but my dad doesn't use the account anymore. Every month he has to pay +-R1200 for whatever they decide. There is never money in the account anymore so my dad has to struggle to get the money to pay this. My dad then went to a Nedbank branch to close the account. They sat there for more than an hour (other people started complaining about their service while waiting). They spoke to a lady that works there. They went through the entire process of closing his account. They called head office, my dad spoke to who ever it was on the other line, sent an e-mail etc. After ALLLLLLL that, the lady said to my dad that they don't close the accounts at the branch anymore. Someone from head office would call my dad and close the account. Needless to say, no one called to this day, which is about 3 weeks later, and his account is in a minus AGAIN! Would never ever ever recommend Nedbank to anyone ever!!!!
