DO NOT USE NEDBANK

I have been banking with this bank for almost 15 years, and the monthly fees that I contributed to Nedbank almost adds up to R35 000. My account was hacked and money ****** from my account... They helped my to stop the card, and opened a ***** case on my behalf. I went to the bank to open a new account, but was told they cannot close the other account until I transferred my overdraft to the new account. and they also cannot help me switching my debit orders to my new account. I need to phone everyone and do it myself. And I need to call the credit department to transfer my overdraft. When phoning the credit department, I was told that they cannot help me transfer my overdraft, and that I must go back to the branch to do it. now I must again take a half day's leave to visit a Nedbank branch for the second time. I am really not a satisfied account holder at Nedbank, and will not advise anyone to use the Bank as service provider. They are very quick to take your money at the end of the month, but if you really need their help, you are on your own.
