Do not trust them to handle your affairs

Appalling lack of communication. I now live in the UK and I had to battle to get my daughter's share of her inheritance after my mum died in 2014 and my daughter turned 18 in August 2018. It was eventually paid after she turned 19! My son turned 18 in November last year and I am now facing the same problem. The complaints department have also been of no use! My late mum would have been so disappointed! Do not trust them to handle your affairs!
