Do not trust on what is being said to you by Nedbank Bad Service!!!

Do not trust on what is being said to you by Nedbank I did apply for an extension loan on my bond which was been approved. I did sign the contract of Quotation which states when both parties have signed then the Quotation forms part of the agreement. I was being told by the consultant Justin Nedbank Rondebosch that all is approved and that the money will be available four days later. I was also being phoned by a Nedbank consultant from the home loans department which informed me that all is been approved. On day five again I was being told again before the end of the day. On day 6 I spoke to Manager and was been told that Justin made a mistake that the application is not approved as in yet and that they are still awaiting final approval. I made commitments on what was been told me where I look like a ****. I mailed about 20 times to get feedback where returned email was very few and limited. WAs been told by Manager that she will get back to me first thing Monday morning with no such luck again I must mail over and over to get feedback. Bad Bad Service I will not recomend Nedbank
