Do not trust nedbank

I wish I could give zero stars. If you have a Nedbank account, I urge you to move. They have no ***** management systems and no customer service. My pensioner mothers account was de*****ed of her life savings earlier this year. We did everything they asked us to do and now after 12 weeks, it is still not resolved. We suspect that this is an inside job. their people have no ethics, no communication skill and certainly do not care about you the customer.
