Do not take up Nedbank Insurance

Do not take Nebank Insurance!!! I took the home assist which is supposedly linked to an emergency call out and ought to have being available 24/7/365. I urgently needed a plumber to come out to assist with a burst pipe at home. I called Nedbank Insurance line 6 times. Two times I was transferred to Momentum who is not even associated or underwriter to Nedbank. Then I kept been diverted to roadside assist. The consultant said there is no emergency line for home assist and I must try again tomorrow. Nedbank Insure operates worse than a governmental department!!! They disregard customer services and will never go out of the way to assist but they are experts in re routing calls that goes nowhere!!!

I feel so stupid to have signed up with Nedbank Insurance and should have stayed with Outsurance. I will be switching over and never going back to any other Home Insurer.
