Do not take home insurance with Nedbank

If I could give a Zero star I would. The worst service and even worse communication. I logged a claim November 2021, it is April 2022, damage got worse, we paid excess TWICE. They minimum they fixed their providers caused more damages and it never got fixed. 10 assessors being sent to take pictures and nothing get fixed, even though we pay for a service we not receiving.
