DO NOT INVEST WITH NEDBANK - NO SERVICE AND THEY DO NOT HONOUR THEIR ONLINE INVESTMENT RATE

As I have received no response from personal bankers, namely Nastashia Mazibuko, Mpho Mahlangu nor clientfeedback regarding the fact that my investment account interest is lower than it should be and has been for a while now, the time has come for me to move my banking.

Not only is the service non-existent, there is no need for what you term ‘customer relationship managers’.

Bottomline is that I should be getting 8.95% for some time now and I am still getting 8.2% as per the online investment. This should be back paid!
