Do not invest with Nedbank

We have a stockvel account and have been depositing money every month since January 2018.We went to do a notice in November 2018 and was told our money will be accessible on the 3rd of December 2018.We went to the bank on the 4th only to be told they can only distribute the money into members accounts after five days.I wonder why five days to transfer money from one account to another. We feel like Nedbank only prioritise deposits and delays delays delays delays when it comes to paying us what its owed to us.Funny enough we have been depositing minimum r 5000 a month only to get less than R 200 monthly interests.what a rip-off. As we speak we busy looking for a bank that will take us seriours.The arrogance and lies that we got from Sandton City branch (Olivia,Tshiamo and Norah )Is of high level.Thanks to Nedbank employees to keep on lying to us and promise to call us back whenever we raise our dissatisfaction.
