Do not get Nedbank Insurance

Had a car breakdown 70km from Midrand - Insurance policy does not state that the tow truck will only tow to nearest dealership (unlike outsurance who will tow anywhere in the province) - Had to pay close to R1000 to be towed (thanks insurance) - Tow truck was utter garbage and unsafe. - They forced me to withdraw money to pay them before they dropped of the car - At no point did I feel safe that my insurance company had me covered.

My wife had a breakdown, and outsurance did a fantastic job and was completely professional. Once my car is back I am moving everything away from Nedbank (insurance, home loan, etc). I advise not to use them anylonger as they do not care.
