Do not do business banking with Nedbank !!

My business Mastercard has been delivered to the incorrect branch twice. I've lodge a query with my banker, client feedback and the contact centre and I have not received a response in over a week from neither one. We urgently require our business Mastercard and Nedbank doesn't look after their customers. I've banked with Nedbank for almost 10 years and this is the pathetic service I get. My advise is don't do business banking with Nedbank they do not care about their clients and do the bare minimum let alone go the extra mile.
