Do not consider NEDBANK business banking

Nedbank business banking is an absolute disgrace with zero customer service. I fear to have something to ask from my business banker as I know that I will not get ANY feedback, never mind a solution. If you consider to open a business account DO NOT even consider NEDBANK. They consider themselves untouchable and even after complaining they fail to provide you with feedback and/or a solution. You will be regretting your decision. Rather consider Mercantile or FNB with excellent customer services and solutions. NEDBANK WOODLANDS.
