DO NOT BOTHER EVEN WASTING YOUR TIME GOING THERE!!

Literally the worst customer service I’ve ever received. I opened an account two weeks ago and they told me the card is going to be delivered within a week, since that didn’t happen I went there last week Friday and they didn’t seem to care at all to answer my questions, it was like i was basically wasting their time. I then decided to go back today and the treatment was no better, no one there seems to care and they talk to you in the most disrespectful tone ever, you can’t be working with people and talk to them like that because if you don’t want the job you can always quit. I don’t know if they need more training or maybe that’s just how they were told to speak and treat customers but it’s unacceptable. This was Midway Crossing Nedbank.
