Do not bank with nedbank the worst service

Worst customer service my account was closed due to inactivity for 20 days and I called to explain my situation and that funds will be deposited and they told me i need to wait 3days before I can access my hard earned money as a paying customer I wouldn't recommend this bank as it is not built to understand customer needs as we speak they have put a negative 16000 on my account so I can't access any of my funds don't bank with nedbank please.
