DO NOT BANK WITH NEDBANK

Nedbank is the most unprofessional bank ever! The managers are never available and they say they will call you but don’t. I’ve had money taken out of my account and not returned, it’s been over a week and nobody helps, I’ve spoken to agents by the names of Sindi Ashly Bongeka

The chat service is also pathetic, it does not work properly and the agents sometimes block you from chat when they know they can’t handle your query or provide feedback.

I will never advise anyone to use Nedbank you will basically be digging your own grave.

The virtual card system is also really delayed and does not work properly, they will decline the transaction at the store but then debit the funds from your account and make you run in circles to get your own money back.

I’m done with them.
