DO NOT BANK WITH NEDBANK!!

I have now been waiting for more than two months for this ****ty company and staff to issue my paid up letter an account and update my credit record. They promise to contact you but never do!! Nothing will ever get done unless you follow up on your own. DO NOT BELIEVE THESE FOOLS WHEN THEY TELL YOU THEY ARE WORKING ON IT AS THEY ARE NOT, JUST LIES SO THAT THE WORK DOESNT HAVE TO BE DONE. I have paid both my accounts up to date yet I still get messages for collections even though they have verified payments and the accounts fully paid. The 3rd party collections are just a putrid as the bank itself, never join this bank and should you be with them LEAVE IMMEDIATELY and invest or bank with a trusted bank as this has gone on for way too long.
