Do not bank with Nedbank!

I thought that Nedbank was big on Customer Service but I've had endless problems with them: 1- to extend my credit limit 2- change my personal details 3- help me use self service banking 4- help me without transferring me to 3 other people.

I have a great credit record but I've decided a bank that doesn't help, doesn't deserve my money. I'm closing up shop with you. thanks for absolutely nothing!
