Do not bank with Nedbank

Went to Nedbank Tsakane mall to withdraw money pay my workers and made a few transfers to personal accounts with my colleague they insisted we write the account numbers down only to rewrite them when we left to and send my R8k to a wrong account, now they’re giving me the run around and shielding each other, I sense they want me to take accountability for gross negligence that they’re liable for, it’s been close to two weeks now I haven’t received my money, no feedback or any way forward, we’ve had a business account with nedbank for a little over 7 years I’m sure, I’m taking my business elsewhere I don’t recommend.
