DO NOT BANK WITH NEDBANK!!!!

No response, been trying to get a answer on home loan cash back offer for months, Personal bankers and assistants do not revert back , never call back never have answers , not happy with the bank or services offered.

Bank card does not work, only the tap option works for transactions for less than R500, called and emailed and the response is that it must be insufficient funds, not wanting to offer a new card after requested , I can process two transactions of R300 with tap option but not one of R600 as example.

The response on the complaints on here is exactly the service you will get form them.
