Do not apply for a credit card at Nedbank
I app**** for a Nedbank credit card a week or so ago and it was confirmed that I was provisionally approved. The applications was online and I submitted all my supporting documentation. I gave them permission to pull my bank statements from my existing bank. They then sent me e-mails to ask that I submit my proof of payment, which I did. I keep getting sms's that I should submit my supporting documentation (which I have) and my application might expire soon which might reflect bad on my credit record. I tried phoning twice but can't get through to an operator to take my call. I hold for 30 minutes every time, with no help.

22 Jul 2020, 13:26So Nedbank has still not contacted me regarding this complaint. I did, however, receive an sms yesterday saying that my application has now been denied. This is after I sent my supporting documents to *** 6 days ago. They are so *********** they did not see my supporting documents on this email address and now my application has been denied. This might also reflect badly on my credit record.
