Do I work for nedbank?

Eoi query, has been ongoing for some time now and the bank has been charging me all the time, yet I have submitted the documents, yes if it's a new request I make the effort to send it off during the allocated time, I personally do not have the luxury of submitting the same documents on a monthly basis. Also I requested a refund in dollars, yes it came but in rands,. Thus far my account manager mapudi has been a star trying his best to resolve this issue but it's in vain. Credit also goes out to haddon, and Daniel ( cfc) who I no longer have links with but assisted me none the less. I'm really not impressed and will take this further if I need to. I want this sorted.
