Do I need a lawyer to get answers and assistance at my own Bank?

My money was moved from my pocket account to an account I asked to be closed. No one knows why it was moved or who moved it. I have been requesting for help since last week Wednesday. They keep sending me up and down,from phone consultants,Nedbank legal and branch consultant( Cosmo mall branch ). I don’t know how much petrol I have used and asking from work to go to the branch to get this sorted until now I have not been assisted. I think I need a lawyer at this point
