dissatisfied with service

I received a notification from the bank that I have invested my funds with that in over two years the funds that I invested with them did not grow by a single cent.I have made numerous requests to withdraw my money so that I could invest with someone who could make my money grow I simply get told I cannot. This is the kind of distasteful service that has made me close of my account with you in the 1st place and started banking with capitac who offers me the freedom of choice with plenty of options.
