Dissatisfied with Nedbank Insurance

As a victim of the tornado storm in the Seatides area, I've been traumatised by the damages to our property. Being a client of Nedbank Insurance for more than 20 yrs, I expected them to finalise my claim and start repairs to my property. Today I received a call from them stating there will be a settlement. The amount doesn't even cover a quarter of the repairs. I'm totally disappointed with Nedbank and will definitely move to another Insurance company and a different Bank. Why should I support them when they want to short change me. This is now adding to the severe trauma that I have had to endure for 6 weeks now. Well Nedbank you definitely going to lose lots of clients for poor service.
