Dissatisfied with Nedbank

I am not happy with the service that I've been receiving from Nedbank. My account is been debited 7 times in one month. After requesting for someone to call me back to have this matter resolved... no one has called me back to assist. This service is pathetic, if this is been done to me how many other people is this been done to. If no one calls me before 13:00 pm today I will be taking this further and the FSB will also be informed about this.
