Dissatisfied with geyser replacement

Geyser popped. Netbank insurance send plumber to replace geyser. He did the worst job ever:<br> 1) The geyser used to be inside. Now it is outside on the roof. We are concerned about freezing water pipes during winter time since nothing is protected against the cold. Why not just put in inside again?<br> 2) They made holes through our roof to run the water pipes!<br> 3) Geyser is stacked on some old ******* off-cut planks on the roof. This will cause erosion of the IBR sheeting. Once planks rot, geyser will lie directly on roof. Needless to say, this is very sloppy, messy and untidy. Seriously!<br> 4) Overall job very messy and untidy<br> I have send email, requested multiple times for the job to be come and redone and geyser to be moved into the house. Also come and replace the IBR sheets you damaged in the process. I just don't get any response or feedback
