Dissatisfied customer service
Can someone please explain why Nedbank home loans have deducted 3x of the agreed amount? The current outstanding amount is R1000.00, yet Nedbank has deducted much more than the agreed amount. The reason for the reduced amount is to keep the bond account open and pay into it in order to capitalise. I have made numerous phone calls and have been transferred to different departments with no results. This is frustrating, time consuming and who has the money to pay for added telephone expenses

Someone contacted me today via email from nedbank but just closed the matter before she could properly resolve the matter i am way past furious with nedbank, i will never do business with nedbank again and i will never refer anyone to them
