Dissatisfied customer

I opened a ***** case a long time ago and I got a cold paragraph from Mohau Tshabalala and when I followed up as a case was opened the agent never responded and I kept following and its officially been 49 days. I am considering closing my nedbank account because that can't be the service I am paying for. Case Number:GFCFS-256887
