Dissatisfied client

I am writing this with a very heavy heart. I went to Nedbank wonderpark wanting a settlement amount for my credit card and i was given the contact center number which i called and was given the amount. I made the payment on 30/09/2020 and i called the following day to close the account. I have been getting the run around so today i decided to go to the branch in Wonderpark thinking i would be assisted. Well, no help came forward. I was told to call the contact center which i did and spoke to two consultants who told me i have accumulated interest which i paid right on the spot. I asked the bank teller to close the credit card but she said she couldn't and there is absolutely nothing they can do. I asked for the complaints email address and they said they do not have it. I am really angry and not satisfied with the service am receiving at Nedbank. I want the credit card closed because it keeps on accumulating interest. I need help please.....
