Dissatisfied client

Nedbank Dobsonville branch is the worst, my mom and I have been there from the morning we left without being assisted. The consultants are chatting and not attending us, and a lot of people are complaining. I have never been this annoyed. Management should attend to this because we will take our business elsewhere, my mom could not even open an account.
