Dissatisfied about Nedbank branch in Eyethu mall

I'm so dissatisfied with the services offered by this branch. Today I visited the branch and I had to queu for 45 minutes outside. I decided to complain to the security guard who is tending the queue about the poor service, who then explained to me that there is only one computer and only one consultant working there. I decided to leave without getting any help and two other customers also followed me. I wish they could do something about this before they lose clients.
