Dissatisfied 😒

I am extremely disappointed with the service received. I received a new passport in the year 2020 and l took it to the bank for update a copy was made and they did whatever they had to do come year 2023 I received a fica message and l went on to the banks app and was advised to go into a branch of which l did and took my old and new passport that was before they closed their N1city branch last month and the lady did the same thing made copies and was assured all was ok only again this month around the first week l realized l could not do payments on the app but could use the card but for the big transactions l could not so l decided on the 16 to go to Parow branch as the one l frequented was closed N1 the lady that assisted me friendly and helpful again took my documents and said nothing had been updated from the previous visits to N1 city of which she mentioned she had updated after a week l lobbied a complaint on the nedbanks complaints email and l also went back to the bank on Tuesday the 27th of which they made note that the complaint had been received and where busy trying to get it resolved only to make matters worse l am completely shutoff from my hard earned cash on my birthday plus l am going to default on my payments of which l have never done thanks to nedbanks incompetence.l am really disappointed if after all these years l regret having not changed banks .ls nedbank going to cover the unnecessary charges l am going to incurr or for them it's just another day of business
